Shipment processing time

Orders placed before 1pm will be processed the same day after 1pm orders will be processed the following day.
during high volume periods please allow an extra day for fulfilment. 
During peak shipping times (Christmas/New years) please allow extra time for your delivery. These delays are out of our control, please contact the delivery company if you have any queries or check your tracking number to keep up to date with your delivery. Contact us if you believe there has been an error. 


Customs, duties, and taxes
StateofTees is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
StateofTees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our contact us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
